Glenn Corpin

Director of Operations

Glenn has taken an unconventional career path. He worked in the financial industry for 20 years, in charge of private accounts and client relations at the Chicago Board of Trade. Although successful, there was something missing. He felt the need to be in touch with people on a personal level. He became an ombudsman to an adult with Asperger’s Syndrome, then later, to an elderly with cancer. With renewed passion for life, he had found his calling in caring for people.

He is only one person, though. When the opportunity to come on board with Innovative Homecare Solutions presented itself, he did not hesitate. With the ability to reach out to a wider population, Innovative is bigger than one’s self and can touch the lives of more people. With the goal to serve the elderly and the ailing with empathy and respect, he feels right at home.

Glenn is certified with the IDPH and is recognized by the State of Illinois. He is married and is the proud father of Sam and Erin. During his downtime, you can find Glenn either hacking away on the golf course or zipping through the back roads on his road bike.

Theresa Williams, MSW, CDP

Geriatric Care Manager

Theresa began her journey with Innovative Homecare Solutions in 2015. She left the company to pursue her Masters in Social Work, which she obtained from Aurora University in 2016. She went on to gain experience in administration at a skilled nursing facility. In 2020, she returned with Innovative as a Branch Director.

Along with being a social worker, Theresa is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She finds great joy in providing support to families who have a loved one with dementia. She also has a passion for training caregivers on how to care for clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Outside of work, Theresa enjoys baking and spending time with her family.

Paulette Gillam

Director of Sales

Paulette joined Innovative Homecare Solutions In 2021. She has over 35 years’ experience in health care and 25 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing in DME, Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty Homecare. She graduated with an Associate of Arts Degree from College of DuPage in 2019 and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Communication from Eastern Illinois University in 2021. When not at work, Paulette enjoys spending time with her husband and their teenage son going out for dinner, traveling or just hanging out at home playing board games.

Harold Naval

Director of Training & Development

Harold is a mentor by heart. He uses his diverse experience as a disk jockey, entrepreneur, and dialysis nurse to train and motivate the caregivers of Innovative Homecare Solutions. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, but aside from public health, he is interested in music and visual arts. In work, Harold is known for his energy and enthusiasm. Outside of work, he is a free-spirited wanderlust who loves rugged adventure. He is always positive and tries to “Live for others, so that others may live!”

Paulette Robinson

Director of Human Resources

Paulette joined Innovative Homecare Solutions in 2020. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. In September 2020, Paulette started her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management at Purdue University. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Paulette Robinson

Admissions Manager

Emmy joined Innovative Homecare Solutions in 2021. She took Pre-dent course at Centro Escolar University then graduated from the Manila Central University with a degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine. At age 22 she became a fully pledge licensed dentist. Did practice her profession. She took some other courses afterwards. Gardening, cooking, reading, home decorating, watching movies, singing, listening from audio reading are her hobbies. She loves spending time with her small bible study group, discussing about the word of God. She enjoys the company of her family and friends when she’s not at work.

Marla Lacson

Billing & Accounts Receivables

Marla joined Innovative Homecare Solutions in 2017. She started as an accounting clerk, and has since took larger accounting duties. Marla considers Innovative as her dream company, as it embodies a philosophy of “earning while learning.” And as with the company, she commits herself in giving its clients an Awesome Aging experience. Marla has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She looks forward to her career growing together with the company.

Daniel Nikko Cruz

IT Specialist

Nikko Joined Innovative Homecare Solutions in 2021 as IT Specialist. He studied BS in Computer Engineering. He previously worked as a member of Technical Department in one of the top radio station company in central Luzon Philippines, and he also did full-time freelance PHP programmer and Graphic Designer. He loves Technology, Science and Art. During his free time he enjoys playing video games and he’s into building classic motorcycle and long rides. He also loves exotic pets such as tarantula’s, reptile’s and aquatic pets.

Chelsea Soriano

Virtual Recruiter

After earning her Psychology Degree in 2018, Chelsea joined Innovative Homecare Solutions as a Virtual recruiter in 2021. She is an adventurous person. She loves doing things that scare her because she believes that doing so contributes to her personal growth.

Winnie Alimoren

Senior Care Manager

Winnie joined Innovative Homecare Solutions in 2017 as Social Media Manager. She has a bachelor’s degree in Education, majoring in Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health. Winnie is a Licensed Professional Teacher. When she is not helping Innovative’s clients and caregivers, she cooks and spends time with her family.

Patricia Serrano

Senior Care Manager

Tricia worked for a bank as a loan assistant, before joining Innovative Homecare Solutions in 2019. She has a degree in Business Administration, major in Marketing Management. Tricia values learning new things every day, assisting Innovative’s clients and caregivers. Outside of the office, she loves to travel, swim, and cook. She is also interested in watching historical movies.

Angelyn Navarro

Client Care Manager

Angel has a bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology. She previously worked in a hospital setting, performing various administrative and clinical functions. She also has an experience performing laboratory procedures. She counts communication, focus, and customer service as her major skills. During her free time, Angel loves to cook and to spend time with her family.

Gleen Llaban

Director of First Impressions

Being as an R3( Rapid Respite Responders) requires skills like having technical medical abilities, highly organized, and detailed oriented worker. In her early 20’s Gleen worked as a Sales Representative in a big company named Mepza Philippines. She has always been passionate about nursing. She graduated BS-Nursing with a “Florence Nightingale” award. With her BS Nursing degree, she plans to take the Nclex RN exams. She became a Caregiver Supervisor at Platinum Care Group and has 9 years of experience as a caregiver in many different agencies. She believes that Innovative Homecare Solutions is one of the best agencies in Illinois. She is a nature lover and she enjoys spending time outdoors, especially when it’s summer time. She also enjoys partying with friends.
