Terri Grant
(Branch Director, Downers Grove)
Terri brings 35 years of homecare experience to Innovative Homecare Solutions. She became its Branch Director in 2020, but she had her sights on the company since 2010.
Terri will tell you that her career path was set for her at the young age of 14, when she trained to be a nursing assistant and cared for the elderly. At an early age, she learned her true passion is caring for people and ensuring they are cared for the way she would want her loved ones cared for. The families of the client are just as important to her. She wants them to feel comfortable in knowing their loved one is safe and well-cared for.
Although Terri has always been in homecare, she is also a licensed Emergency Medical Technician and a Certified Crisis Interventionist. When not working, Terri enjoys spending time with her amazing husband, beautiful daughters, and the true love of her life, her grandson Luke.
Glenn Corpin
(Branch Director, Jefferson Park)
Glenn has taken an unconventional career path. He worked in the financial industry for 20 years, in charge of private accounts and client relations at the Chicago Board of Trade. Although successful, there was something missing. He felt the need to be in touch with people on a personal level. He became an ombudsman to an adult with Asperger's Syndrome, then later, to an elderly with cancer. With renewed passion for life, he had found his calling in caring for people.
He is only one person, though. When the opportunity to come on board with Innovative Homecare Solutions presented itself, he did not hesitate. With the ability to reach out to a wider population, Innovative is bigger than one’s self and can touch the lives of more people. With the goal to serve the elderly and the ailing with empathy and respect, he feels right at home.
Glenn is certified with the IDPH and is recognized by the State of Illinois. He is married and is the proud father of Sam and Erin. During his downtime, you can find Glenn either hacking away on the golf course or zipping through the back roads on his road bike.

Theresa Williams, MSW, CDP
(Branch Director, Orland Park)
Theresa began her journey with Innovative Homecare Solutions in 2015. She left the company to pursue her Masters in Social Work, which she obtained from Aurora University in 2016. She went on to gain experience in administration at a skilled nursing facility. In 2020, she returned with Innovative as a Branch Director.
Along with being a social worker, Theresa is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She finds great joy in providing support to families who have a loved one with dementia. She also has a passion for training caregivers on how to care for clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Outside of work, Theresa enjoys baking and spending time with her family.
Brenda Sepada (Director of Medical Staffing)
Brenda has almost three decades of healthcare industry experience under her belt. She started in 1993 as a payroll administrator for a medical facility. From there, she worked her way up and over the years fulfilled management positions for various healthcare organizations.
Ever since, Brenda was interested in medical staffing. She likes that in medical staffing, it is always new, the challenges are never the same as you are involved with different personalities. She loves working with doctors. Once a licensed cosmetologist, she was once also a care provider, both in a professional and personal capacity.
She first joined Innovative Homecare Solutions in 2012 as Account Executive. Although she left in 2015, Brenda is now back as Director for Medical Staffing.
Outside of work, Brenda loves to cook, do crafts, and spend time with her three grandchildren. She takes pleasure going out in scenic rides with her husband.

Tina Pohlman
(Director of First Impressions)
Tina has over 20 years of homecare experience under her belt. She joined Innovative Homecare Solutions in 2017 as a part-time caregiver. She had since held various positions in the company, where she now serves as Director of First Impression. Tina is a Licensed Pharmacy Technician, as well as being a Licensed Life Insurance Agent for Illinois.
Prior to her work in the homecare industry, she used to run her own bakeshop, as she has a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She still likes to bake and decorate cakes in her free time, and she counts Filipino and Italian cuisine as her specialty.
Harold Naval
(Training and Development Associate)
Harold is a mentor by heart. He uses his diverse experience as a disk jockey, entrepreneur, and dialysis nurse to train and motivate the caregivers of Innovative Homecare Solutions. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, but aside from public health, he is interested in music and visual arts. In work, Harold is known for his energy and enthusiasm. Outside of work, he is a free-spirited wanderlust who loves rugged adventure. He is always positive and tries to “Live for others, so that others may live!”
Paulette Robinson
(Administrative Associate)
Paulette joined Innovative Homecare Solutions in 2020. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. In September 2020, Paulette started her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management at Purdue University. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Marla Lacson
(Accounting and Finance)
Marla joined Innovative Homecare Solutions in 2017. She started as an accounting clerk, and has since took larger accounting duties. Marla considers Innovative as her dream company, as it embodies a philosophy of “earning while learning.” And as with the company, she commits herself in giving its clients an Awesome Aging experience. Marla has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She looks forward to her career growing together with the company.
Winnie Alimoren
(Client Care Manager )
Winnie joined Innovative Homecare Solutions in 2017 as Social Media Manager. She has a bachelor’s degree in Education, majoring in Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health. Winnie is a Licensed Professional Teacher. When she is not helping Innovative’s clients and caregivers, she cooks and spends time with her family.
Patricia Serrano
(Client Care Manager)
Tricia worked for a bank as a loan assistant, before joining Innovative Homecare Solutions in 2019. She has a degree in Business Administration, major in Marketing Management. Tricia values learning new things every day, assisting Innovative’s clients and caregivers. Outside of the office, she loves to travel, swim, and cook. She is also interested in watching historical movies.
Angelyn Navarro
(Medical Staffing Coordinator)
Angel has a bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology. She previously worked in a hospital setting, performing various administrative and clinical functions. She also has an experience performing laboratory procedures. She counts communication, focus, and customer service as her major skills. During her free time, Angel loves to cook and to spend time with her family.
Janiella Lingad
(Medical Staffing Coordinator)
Janiella joined Innovative Homecare Solutions in 2020. She has a degree in Elementary Education, major in Pre-school Education. She is a Licensed Professional Teacher. She likes to travel and take pictures of the places she visits. She is interested in fashion, and dreams of having her own make-up and clothing line someday.
Jerome Evasco
( I.T. Support Specialists)
Jerome worked in the I.T. industry for almost 8 years. He joined aboard with Innovative Homecare in 2018. His primary role in the company is to help with SEO and graphic designs. In his free time, he loves to play mobile games and travel with his loved ones.
